Axion started in 2023 with one belief: software should do the busywork, people should do the thinking.
We spent years building support and operations teams at fast-growing startups. Every quarter the same thing happened: more tickets, more tools, more people copying data between tabs.
AI models got good enough to read, reason and act. What was missing was a safe way to put them to work inside real companies, with the right data, guardrails and a human in the loop.
So we built Axion. Today more than 4,000 teams run agents that resolve tickets, qualify leads and close the books, around the clock.
